Private pottery course in Paris – 3 private sessions | Slow Potter

460.00

Understanding ceramics is not just about placing your hands on a wheel. It is about following a material over time: shaping it, refining it, and watching it transform under glaze and heat.

The Signature Programme is a one-to-one pottery course designed for those who want to go deeper. Across three private sessions of approximately 2.5 hours each, spaced to respect the natural drying time of clay, you move through every stage of the ceramic process with Chentar — from initial centering to glazed finishes.

This is a true progression, not a series of isolated workshops. Between each session, your pieces continue to evolve and dry. You return to them, refine them, and bring them to completion.

A rare experience in Paris for those who wish to learn ceramics seriously, or to take their practice to the next level.

  • Centering the clay and opening
  • Pulling the walls, creating initial forms

  • Shaping bases, feet, and details
  • Drying before bisque firing

Session 3 — Glazing

  • Presentation of available glazes
  • Selection of colours and finishes

  • Final firing and finishing touches

What is included

  • 3 private one-to-one sessions with Chentar (~2.5 hours each)

Collecting your pieces
