MATERIALS AND FIRING
Clay is not included in the membership — it is available for purchase at the studio, allowing each person to choose the clay that best suits their project.
- Available clays: Four distinct stoneware bodies — smooth white, grogged, Saint-Amand and Treigny. Not included in the plan, they are available for purchase directly at the studio.
- Managed firings: Included and given priority for members, except for pieces outside standard dimensions.
- Large pieces: An additional fee may apply for firing oversized pieces — please consult us if in doubt.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND AUTONOMY
Memberships are reserved for autonomous ceramicists. Our ceramics studio in Paris welcomes experienced practitioners, able to work without technical supervision.
- Required level: A solid grasp of ceramic fundamentals is necessary to fully benefit from your sessions.
- Trial session: For those without certification, a short evaluation session may be offered — a conversation, not an exam.
- Usage: The membership is personal and non-transferable. It renews automatically unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
- Maintenance: Everyone leaves the space as they found it — a simple rule that preserves the quality of the studio for all.
